Política de Cookies

Introduction

This document informs Users about the technologies that help this Application achieve the purposes described below. Such technologies allow the Owner to access and store information (for example, by using a Cookie) or employ resources (for example, by running a script) on a User’s device while they interact with this Application. For simplicity, in this document, all such technologies are defined as “Trackers,” unless there is a reason to differentiate them. For example, while Cookies can be used on web and mobile browsers, it would be inaccurate to speak of Cookies in the context of mobile applications since they are browser-based trackers. For this reason, in this document, the term Cookies will only be used when it is specifically employed to designate this particular type of Tracker. It is possible that some of the purposes for which Trackers are used require User consent. Whenever consent is granted, it can be freely revoked at any time by following the instructions provided in this document. This Application only uses Trackers managed directly by the Owner (referred to as “First-party Trackers”). The validity and expiration periods of First-party Cookies and other similar Trackers may vary depending on the duration set by the Owner. Some of them expire upon the termination of the User’s browsing session.

How this Application uses Trackers

Necessary

This Application uses so-called “technical” Cookies and other similar Trackers to carry out activities that are strictly necessary for the operation or provision of the Service.

How to manage preferences and give or revoke consent in this Application

Whenever the use of Trackers is based on consent, Users can grant or revoke such consent by setting or updating their preferences through the relevant privacy options panel available in this Application.

How to control or delete Cookies and similar technologies using your device’s settings

Users can employ their own browser settings to:

  • See which Cookies or other similar technologies have been set on the device;
  • Block Cookies or similar technologies;
  • Delete Cookies or similar technologies from the browser.

The browser settings, however, do not allow for granular control of consent by categories. For example, Users can find information on how to manage Cookies in the most frequently used browsers at the following addresses:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Brave
  • Opera

Users may also manage certain categories of Trackers used in mobile applications by disabling them through the relevant device settings, such as the advertising settings for mobile devices or general tracking settings (Users can open device settings and search for the relevant option).

Consequences of not allowing the use of Trackers

Users are free to decide whether or not to allow the use of Trackers. However, it should be noted that Trackers help this Application provide Users with a better experience and advanced functionality (in line with the purposes indicated in this document). Therefore, if the User decides to block the use of Trackers, the Owner may not be able to provide the related features.
